I found the ALPFA showcase to be really fun because I met so many new people and got to network with professionals in fields I’m interested in. I left that day feeling so accomplished and fulfilled in the social aspect of my life.
-
I joined ALPFA because I wanted to be surrounded by fellow Latinos that are looking to conquer the business world. I got drawn in by their energy at the involvement fair, and I can say that their energy has not left. At times I feel drained after socializing with other organizations, but when I leave an ALPFA event, I feel energized. I think it’s so cool how the people in ALPFA build on each other’s energy rather than draining it, and that’s what makes it such a strong organization.

Anderson Bowling Night was my birthday and first ALPFA event. I was able to feel the energy of a strong community that was about inclusivity and giving opportunities to grow.

After attending classes and going home for a year, I wanted a sense of community on campus. I had friends recommend giving ALPFA a chance, and I ended up finding a community filled with people who push each other to grow and have fun.
